HOUSE RULES
- Guest Limits: Capacity is limited to 30 children (15 online, 15 walk-ins) to ensure a quality, uncrowded experience.
- Scheduling: Website shows current available slots.
- Hours: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM, double shifts.
- Staffing: Six staff on the first floor, three on the second. All trained to handle various scenarios.
- Supervision: Children aged 3 and below must be accompanied by an adult companion at all times.
- Sanitation: The team will tidy for 15 minutes every hour, with full sanitation every 3 hours.
- Wellness Policy: Guests feeling unwell may be refused entry, but symptomatic guests are welcome to reschedule their tickets.
- Accessibility: Guests with disabilities are encouraged to approach a staff for assistance or wheelchair access.
- Mandatory Gear: Socks are mandatory. Long sleeves and pants are highly recommended and available for purchase at the counter.

Playbean was founded by two doctor-parents who believe that a safe, intentional environment is the key to a child’s discovery and growth. Combining their clinical expertise with their firsthand experience as parents, they have created a space where play truly builds a better tomorrow.
Dra. Avilyn Tingchuy-Ong
As CEO and an Internal Medicine physician, Dra. Avi uses her perspective as a doctor-parent to ensure every detail nurtures a child’s curiosity. She translates medical insight into a warm environment where families can thrive.
Dr. Maynard Ong
A General Surgeon serving as COO,
Dr. Maynard brings clinical precision and discipline to the brand’s operations. He ensures the Playbean experience is executed with the professional care and high standards every parent expects.
